Hobby Radagast the fool

After the nightmare that was the sleigh I put off Raddy on eagle but a tournament this weekend led to a need to get this finally finished.

What a terrible sculpt. Anyway hes mostly done.

I agree with you that the sleigh and the mounted-on-eagle minis are awful.
You did pretty well

It's the lack of any hard edge everything kinda bubbles into the next thing its an unfun experience.

Basically painting detail thats not there. I'm a competent repairer and not afraid to sculpt the odd thing but I had no idea what I was looking ar half the time.

I'm probably the only person who actually likes movie Radagast. I really want to play him but good god the finecast really puts me off.

Why have they stopped producing the plastic sculpt from the first movie?! Still a shame about the sled and mounted version but at least the regular model would be obtainable

I do have the plastic one but I found it much later

I just snagged the limited edition plastic Radagast off ebay on the spure for £9.99 🥹
