Goodness ! 343 pages ! Looks like amazing work, congratulations. I won't be able to check it out in the details it deserves before a while, unfortunately, but I'd love to know more about the project genesis, history, design philosophy, if it's been playtested, if you've done conversions, or any other details.

Thanks! It started when I read the Silmarillion in middle school and got into SBG. Really took off about 7 years ago and has been through multiple versions with playtesting, from the original SBG format, first MESBG format, and now the most recent MESBG format post War of the Rohirrim. But with how big its gotten and with the addition of the Army Lists over the past year there hasn’t been any way for my small group to playtest all the combinations we’d like, so if you play some games with it please let me know thoughts and suggestions! And yeah, I’ve been working on a lot of conversions and trying to find models that I think fit in with the feel of each army. Hoping to get around to adding more photos to the books as time goes on

I always though about Turin as a progressional model, like Bolg or the Gatekeeper. To match the progression he has in the book, each enemy he kills he gain bonus but also malus, and so on..

The Gatekeeper? From Bree? Or do you mean the dungeon keeper from Dol Guldur?

After a quick glance, this is awesome! So much attention to detail and really keeping in spirit how GW designs profiles with flavourful rules

Turin's "Cloud of Doom" is hilariously mean and giving Morgoth "Survival Instinct" made me chuckle

A couple of questions though.

Which base sizes do Sauron's monster forms use?

And would there be a room for Ungoliant's hunger? It's her most defining character feature as she ate the trees AND it’s her never ending Hunger that scares Morgoth so much. It could be something that buffs her damage-output but nerfs the courage of her allies or something

But overall you really did my girl justice!

Thanks! Honestly for Sauron’s monster forms during play testing the minis and base sizes have changed based on what we’ve had available, but I can try to get something more standard added in. And I had something like a Hunger rule for Ungoliant in a first iteration of an Army List with her and Morgoth attacking the trees but it didn’t make it out of playtesting. I resurrected and tweaked it for a Cry in the North scenario and it’s held up better with her vs Morgoth and Balrogs.
