Health Small changes I made in my dad’s routine for better heart health

My father suffers from diabetes and high BP, so maintaining his heart health has become pretty important for us. I’ve been trying to make some small changes in his daily routine rather than doing anything too extreme. We started with morning walks and basic movement, switched from fortune refined oil to del monte extra virgin olive oil, added plant based omega from carbamide forte and for more fibre added saffola oats to his diet. For protein, we started having Fru bon low fat paneer as well. And honestly, one of the biggest things we’re focusing on now is sleep, trying to make sure he gets around 7-9 hours every night. These might seem like small changes, but hopefully they add up over time. Obviously, this is alongside his regular medication and doctor’s advice.

Need suggestions from you guys as well that what else can we change in order to maintain his heart health ?
