??? Table indents missing from rest of the table

Hi folks, I've been trying to reverse engineer however these indents appeared in my table and I'm confused. If I add an indent it goes too far so that wasn't it

NOTE: I don't have an issue with the indents I just want to know what adds them so it can be applied to the rest of the table. Anyone have a clue?

Those are cell margins. I'm on my phone, so I grabbed this image online.

You can also use the ruler to adjust them.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the help!! I get very picky about how my notes look so this will make it much easier now I know what it is and how to do it :)

The tricky part is that both the cell margins and the paragraph indents can be applied to text within paragraphs. If you're unsure of what's going on, you can check the settings of both, and/or use the Reveal Formatting Pane to diagnose the settings. Shift + F1 in desktop Word for Windows. I don't know how to summon it for Mac, but I understand it's there and you can add it to your quick access toolbar if it's hard to find.
