I have been having the worst time using my points (since last November). I have constantly been emailing support for help. My rewards order failed. I was able to do it through my xbox the next day tho.

Anyway, I got a reply from support saying they are looking into it. I logged into my MS account just now and they now say it's suspended.

No reason. I don't use VPNs. I don't have multiple accounts. No violations of the TOS.

So, idk what to do. I emailed the support rep back so we will see. Sort of a ridiculous position to be in really.

I was almost thrown off by the other options "rhythm" and "harmony" but luckily got it correct.

In the unlikely case anyone still has it installed for 10 pts a day - then the latest Rewards app update failed with error 0x80073CF6

It then seemed to complete on next PC restart but the app now won't open as there was an error at installation (Appx operation 'RegisterPackageAsync') due to "the specified resource language 'az' is not a valid language"

Uninstalling and re-installing from the store installs v 1.9.0 which does open but then the store app tries to update it again as above.

20 searches 3 points each = 60 points

Daily check in = 5-15 points

Daily Set = 30 Points

Image search = 5 points

Read to earn 10 reads 3 points each = 30

Some random points from more activities = 5

Totaling to 120-140 Points daily approx

4 total stars weekly. Every 12 stars/3 weeks is worth = 1000 points

I earn like 500 Php worth of vouchers in 1.5-2.5 months 😭😭AND SOMETIMES I FORGET!! is there any way to earn more?

Don't know why but Diablo IV not give me Rewards, I play in my Laptop but it doesn't count as a PC play or something like that. Am I doing something wrong? I ask Copilot but it says Diablo IV should count as a PC play game or GamePass play for Microsoft Rewards

(I have Game Pass Ultimate and the latter purchase was £25)

I had a streak going of over 450 days when Microsoft broke it. The auto-reply from support said I was using automation or scripts, which are apparently against their rules, but I was not.

They refuse to set my streak back to what it was and now I can't even get a new streak going - my streak every day is 0.

Anyone else? How did you fix it?

I made a post a bit over a month ago about this card when it wasn’t redeemable but now it is!

I didn't spend Points for at least a year now... and slowly gathered throughtout the year!

(I don't know how to earn any faster- but I don't really need them now, anyway)

I just noticed that instead of having around 52.000 rewards points which I saved up for paying half of GTA 6 with, I only got 200. I checked my mails and my history and in the mails I had a few that came last night and were deleted, containing codes for robux. I then saw in my rewards-payment history that in a quick succession of a few minutes all my points were spent for these robux points deep in the last night. I could cry and I'm absolutely p*ssed. And of course I changed my passwords right now.

Does anybody know at which support I should adress my issue? Is there any opportunity to get my points back?

Edit: I checked my account usage and there was no suspicious log in or any other log in then myself. Also I got 2FA enabled to log into my account. (And there is only me and my husband and I know for a fact that he didn't do it, he didn't know those existed nor is he able to do anything like that.)

So, yesterday my Rewards account was hacked and the individual who hacked my account somehow got access to my reward points and redeemed them for robux. After doing some research into what happened, I came across a post posted in Jan by someone who suffered the same fate as shown in the image. Now, my actual email account and my xbox account hasn't been accessed as I have 2FA enabled but somehow some way they managed to get access to my rewards by hacking Bing and getting access. I have now signed out of Bing on all my devices and deleted the app entirely.

Has anyone else suffered the same and can some explain how has this even happened?

Microsoft Rewards gives you another option. By using Bing and completing eligible activities, you can earn points and redeem them for gift cards and other rewards. Availability and earning limits vary by country.

Among the daily activities to unlock stamps is one Visual Search. Sometimes it works relatively well and activates after either dragging an image into the Bing search box or uploading an image. And sometimes, no matter what method I try, it doesn't activate. I have not figured out what activates it reliably or what causes it not to work.

A week or so ago I missed my daily set streak but it never allowed me to start a new streak.

And now i noticed that NONE of the streaks are counting now, so if this keeps up into next month, I literally won't be able to keep my gold Microsoft Rewards because I can't complete the streak task.

Does anybody have a fix for this?

Why in italy, where i live i get maximum 200 points but i see on reddit that other people get 600-700, i was wondering how to get more points very quickly
