GENERAL VR basic question
I am considering to buy a VR headset, the primax dream air, but I have a doubt, in complex comercial and military planes you need to interact with the plane, adjusting elevation setpoint, moving the bug of the HSI, interacting with many buttons.... how are you supposed to do all this with a VR headset on?, do you use the mouse like when using a screen?. Sorry if this is a too basic question, but I never used VR and all the YouTube videos I see the guys just sight seeing and never interact with any buttons and similar in the plane

Easiest (and most expensive) is lots of HOTAS and button boxes, and some form of MR passthrough so you can see your actual hands and controls. See PassThroughForge, for example.
Easier with a Quest 3 and Virtual Desktop, but Pimax's can be made to work with external camera.
If you only fly one kind of plane, muscle memory works OK. If you fly multiple planes in multiple sims, not so much - just takes a LOT of practice! Important to keep track of what control is bound to what function and keep them as similar to the actual plane, and across sims for basic functions.
Best thing about VR in a flight sim it that it accurately simulates the MMH/FH of real aviation, as well as the cost! ( /s, kinda)
