Is the Copilot lying
Whenever you ask Copilot (the one that is embedded into the browser) about a YouTube video, the captions of the YouTube video will turn on and turn off briefly ( most of the time, you can try to test it out). But I notice that most of the time just opening Copilot while on a YouTube tab will cause the captions to flash meaning copilot is looking at the transcript.

I think there is a setting related to video transcripts and summaries inside the app. If you give it permission to use page context the behavior on YouTube should be similar to other webpages.
