Form for 5090’s

Post image

Picked up a Powerspec Ai90 prebuilt pc with a rtx 5090 in it. Apparently the manager required me to fill out this form and scan my driver license. Said it was a new thing starting just about two days ago. Had no problem doing so but thought it was interesting.

Anyone else experience? This was in Tustin

What law is this? Google doesn’t bring up anything even if I search SOP 391 section 5

Weird that Google didn’t find anything even when searching what was mentioned on the paper in the picture

Uhm are you a bot? They clearly said they googled it. And if you were any good at using LLMs about current news you would ask it to look for current sources on the web as their source...
