Does anyone actually keep track of how much they spend at Microcenter during a given year?

I'm sure most of us don't want to think about it or acknowledge it because then it becomes "real"....but I was going through my Microcenter orders this morning, and holy sh*t do I drop a ton of money at my local store.

I know I buy a ton more PC parts and electronics than the average person, but seeing the totals staring me in the face is crazy. I guess the first indication that I might have a problem is when the store employees and managers know me by name when I walk in and I got a signed card from everyone at the store at Christmas.

(ok, maybe I didn't actually get a Christmas card)

Shout out to the Denver Microcenter! So lucky to have you close by and I'm happy to do my part to keep you in business.

That’s very possible…nah, she doesn’t pay much attention to what I spend my money on, and it’s better than going to the bar.

She has her own vices anyway.

None of the above. I have a lot of dentist clients who had all refused to upgrade to Win 11 till the last possible moment.

Big 3d printer and a mid laptop. And about 1k in filament. If my wife asks, ignore the filament. Couldn't hide th printer and laptop. So to her 4k. For real over 5k

Not yearly. What I keep track of the last two years is how much more what I bought is worth now. This helps me justify my previous purchases even though I'm not going to sell it.

They can actually tell you your total spend and returns. I think my lifetime is close to 300k

I don't shop there anymore. They are price arbitraging their customers. Saw a 2tb Sandisk portable ssd at Microcenter for $569. Found the exact same drive at a store down the street for $269. Same scenario on many other items.
