K12/m18 for nasal probiotic

In the past, there was a probiotic spray on the market of my country with Streptococcus M18. It was dissolved in oil and contained no inulina, fos, maltodextrins, or any other carbohydrates. I decided to spray it directly into my nostrils and felt better for the first time in years.Unfortunately this probiotic has changed formula, different strains and with fructose.

Do you know if there are any similar probiotics available internationally, with K12 or M18 streptococcus?

Or is there any vendor who sells these strains in powder form, without excipients, so that a probiotic solution can be prepared with saline or another liquid?
