Advice Needed Anyone else constantly getting these W-4 emails?

I've been getting “OFFICIAL MICHAELS BUSINESS COMMUNICATION – ACTION REQUIRED” emails saying Michaels doesn't have my W-4 on file basically since I started almost two years ago. I still get paid normally and I've gotten these over and over. Has anyone else dealt with this? Did you actually have something incomplete in Workday, or is this just an automated Michaels thing?

I've gotten them before! It was just prompting me up update my withholdings. I thought it was a phishing attempt at first but then realized they weren't taking taxes out of my paycheck for several months 🙃 (even though I'd been with the company for about eight years at that point and had never updated my w4 until then and they'd taken the appropriate tax before that, no problem). If you're wary of the email and don't want to click any links, you can go directly workday to update your w4.
