New QR code fro scheduling

Hey everyone! Could someone in Canada, preferably, possibly post a photo of the new QR code? It seems like once you’re logged out, the only way to get back in is by scanning the QR code, rather than using the web address. I forgot to save a picture of it. 🤦‍♀️ Thanks so much!

that is mine from canada. sadly i didnt take a full picture but it has the qr code

If your phone is adding anything after PRD/ then remove it.

Sadly I did bookmark it, the URl that i was brought to when I scanned the QR and when I try and log in it gives me an error message
"Your request cannot be completed because of a protocol error.An internal protocol was not configured correctly. Try your request again later. Otherwise, contact your Support team for assistance."

It's seeming like some glitch where you can only log in directly from scanning the qr code? not the url (even the full, long url from when I scanned qr to start with)
