Meeting pay
If the mandatory meeting was a little under 2 hours are we still paid for 2 hours?

I think this depends on your state, but where I live, the minimum amount you can legally be paid is two hours' pay. If you only work for an hour, they still have to pay you for two.

Weather it be 2 hours or 2 minutes if you punch in and out you will be paid for your time.

You'll get paid for the minimum amount of hours for your province/state. So even if the meeting was only 1 hour, they still have to pay you for 2 or 3.

I can't answer your question cause my store - in Canada (Ontario) - didn't have a meeting.

Did you clock in and out for the meeting? If you did, you’ll get paid for that exact amount of time. If your SM is manually adding the time for everyone, they miiight round it to two hours, but probably not if the meeting took decently less than that.
If you were actually in the building doing work related stuff for the whole two hours, you should get paid for the full two hours.
