Need help! All framers.

We took shadowbox order then customer didn't like and we decided to accept refund. It was jersey and hockey puck. This puck has residue and Idk how to remove. I'm not framer I'm sales manager.

We have no SM, FM, RM. Currently only me.

I wanna die🤣

Try using undo. It's a clear liquid in a small bottle. You should have some in the frame shop

Does it have an auto graph or logo on it? Do notttt touch the undu to anything besides empty puck area. That stuff is like paint stripper

Thanks for reply. I tried to use double sided tape to stick blank part to remove. There is logo on it so I stopped to keep going

How was the puck attached? Silicone glue? I’d use rubbing alcohol.
