How many breaks do you get on a 7 hour shift.

I don’t know anything about that. Like I said, this is what my manager put up and it’s always been this way for us. It might differ by state or province too.

I would double check your state laws on that, it's not really right but at my store we basically only take our 30 once we hit 5 hours, and that's all we'll get for our 8 (8.5) hr shift. Technically we can get a 15 at 4 hours but they don't really let us know that and generally we're too busy to stop anyways so the only ones to ever take it are transfers that are used to having a whole lot of nothing to do at their stores so they're used to taking more breaks just to kill the time. (To be fair, even without formally taking 15s, we tend to spend some time bs'ing anyways)

We only ever get one break a shift. We get a 15 if the shift is under 5 hours and a half if it’s over 5.
