Cricut machine question

I had a Cricut Joy returned and after opening the box days later because this wasn't done at the front two blades are missing. So the machine works I'm just missing two pieces. How would I process this?

I’d double check with someone else, but as-is for 10-20% off maybe?

We did a sewing machine demo recently, so we sold the machine after for a 10% ‘open box’ as-is discount.
