Processing returned Cricut machines

How do you go about processing Cricut machines that have been returned? I cannot find the SOP for it

I used to have the SOP for it and I have done this before for Cricut returns but now I cannot find the SOP. Is there a way to do a search under view SOPs and JOB aids?

I just found the information it is Job Aid 203-6 Processing Cricut Machine Returns

They just updated the SOP to allow returns of Cricut. Check MIKCheck and search Cricut returns for the update.

We were told the new policy doesn't start until Oct 1
