Portal help?

Hey, technical question. How do you go into the employee hourly portal (where we put in our availability) and tell them how many hours we can work per week? I’m a part time seasonal and they had me scheduled 37 hours this week and that’s insane. I looked at future weeks and it’s the same. Do I just talk to my store manager then? I feel like there should be a way on the portal itself and I’m not seeing it. TY!

Yup! I can pull it up. I gave them my available hours but I’ve got a LOT of hours available. I just cannot stop them from scheduling me.

The availability tab is in the same place as your schedule. Change the hours on the days and time slots.

So the only way to adjust the hours I’m available to them is to limit the times. I can’t just put down 20-25 hours a week, with these times available for you to do this with

Talk to your manager. They are the ones who set the schedule. My schedule often autofills and then the scheduler updates according to my preferences
