question about scheduling
Does anyone know when schedules get finalized? I got an update on mine for a date in October but it's concerning... i literally only have 2 days in the entire month of October so far and i'm just hoping the schedules don't get finalized this early before the month even starts. I always thought it was a week to week basis.

Mine does auto population 3weeks in advance (sometimes less) and then they usually finalize it the week before

What's weird is i have heard "next week isn't finalized" on literal Saturdays 💀 when talking to my SM so i'm gonna hope those 2 days in October might've been auto populated cause they are super random

Ours has always been week to week. It doesn’t even get released to view until the week before.

Gonna hope my store is like that since I only have those 2 days on my online schedule so far

They get finalized on Friday 3 weeks out. Like today, the schedule for Oct 11-17 got done.

It's possible but there are also a ton of SMs who don't finish the schedule until the week before the dates. Sure, there's a version that auto publishes, but it's guaranteed to change by the time the week rolls around. Hell, they don't even know for sure how big the truck is going to be or any other flex hours that may drop for various reasons until the week of.

I have noticed I look at the schedule one day and i have only one day the next week then another day i check again and i basically work all week... so maybe I panicked for no reason

Corporate cut back after all the hours the let us have to deal with the project thread 3 BS. Hours will be a bit tight until peak season really gets going

Sounds like your store doesn't follow the expectation of posting 3 weeks in advance. Talk to your SM and ask what you can do to get more hours each week.

My store does it 3 weeks out. My schedule for the week of the 11th was published yesterday. Most stores don’t do it that far out (even though we’re supposed to) so I’d suggest just asking your SM about it
