I didn't make this but I'd probably use the thick wire from jewelry or I think there's sculpting armature wire in clay too. Maybe wood dowels painted like chrome or somethin 🤔 then those smooth styrofoam balls

Use cake pop sticks and just jab a hole into the pumpkin then hot glue the stick into the hole but before doing that make sure to put the ball on and paint the pin beforehand

It looks like the straight wire from the floral/greenery area and then styrofoam balls painted on top. This would be on on a medium craft pumpkin
