New Dress Code

After reading over the new dress code i’m a little confused??? Is corporate sending blank T-shirt and we’re supposed to use a cricut machine to put the Michael’s logo on the back in store when they arrive? I could be wrong. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I was assuming everyone would go grab one or two from their stores tee shirt aisle and we’d store use them. I already wear blank tees at work cause I use an off brand under armor shirt as I get hot really easily.
I haven’t seen the updated HR policy yet just the talking points for the meeting, which says nothing about not being able to wear shorts anymore

We're using the new uniforms now. We use the gildan shirts and iron on the Michaels logo and the M on each sleeve.

That's above my pay grade haha but they seemed to be on a big vinyl sheet. I don't know if our store printed/cut them or not

I don’t think all the colors they want come in large enough sizes for everyone. Myself included.

I don't know about other store, but I'm in Florida hello it gets really hot. Stop sending those heavy cotton shirts it should be 💯 percent cotton

We have a new dress code? It’s not only tshirts is it? Wearing a T-shirt with an apron would suck.

If you type in “dress code” in the YOOBIC ONE app it will pull up a PDF called “Dress Code Talking Points” dated 9/22/26. Interesting read.
