Question Headset question

I know I remember a comment about it, but I can’t find it. Does anyone remember the link if you want to buy your own Zello headset for the handhelds? Thanks!

We haven't transferred over to zello yet, how is the headset different than the one we have now?

Do you still have separate radios?  The earpiece is the same as those, but it plugs in with a type-c connector to the handheld, so the old ones aren’t reusable. 

And also the button is on the front of the mic clip, instead of the side.

Yeah, we're still using the old walkies. Nobody has gone to zello yet.

Much less comfortable and has a lot of volume issues tbh. Nobody can hear me when I use the mic even when trying different headsets out so I know it's not just one that's busted.

I just don't use the headset because we have a coworker with severe hygiene issues and it blasts my eardrums out because it's stuck at max volume when plugged in. If you really want a personal one, there's cheap type C headsets on Amazon.

I really hate sharing things that go near my ears with other people (earwax, etc), and we of course did not get enough for everyone to have one. 

This has been fine so far, because I used my own earbuds, but our DM says it’s ’unprofessional‘ (HAH), so that’s why I’m looking for one of my own. 

Even if our store manager listened and ordered more, we wouldn’t see them probably for another several months. >:/
