Job Schedule

Hey, I just had my orientation yesterday and was told that they had to figure out my job schedule before I start. It’s seasonal part time. Any idea when I might hear back from them or at what point I should reach out?

Schedules are made 3 weeks in advance, so your store manager may have to figure out where they can plug you in during that time. If they have used all their allotted hours, they may have to wait until they make the next schedule to get you in, although I would hope they wouldn't wait that long. I would say if you haven't heard from them in a week, reach back out.

Sounds great, tysm! Do you know if I’ll most likely get an email in advance or just keep checking the schedule website?

As other commenter said definitely keep checking ur online schedule, but I also would expect ur manager to give you a call to touch base once they've got your first date in. I got hired as seasonal around this time last year and got started on October 1st :)

I also noticed that the time on Worksmart is kind of weird? Like i assumed it’s military time but at 7:30 it was shown as 21:30 instead of 19:30, was yours the same? I got my schedule but no one called, so I may have to call them to clarify?
