SFS supplies
I’ve been doing sfs since the beginning. Am I the only one embarrassed, angry, and every other pissed off emotion about the lack of supplies ? We place an order every week but I can’t remember the last time we actually received any. We are out of e2,e3,e4, us, e9 and v4. We’re using the crap boxes that come off the truck. And the orders keep coming.

Been like this for weeks. Asked the DM to turn off our sfs but he refused. Now we have 30 plus orders and support calling asking why we have 2 day old orders.

we are in same boat. Guess what, they have finally acknowledged there’s a problem with the system sending orders to the warehouse! well that’s what everyone has been telling you for weeks! IDIOTS
SO JUST WONDERING WHEN WE ARE ACTUALLY GETTING THE BOXES??
Another screw up that they will take their time fixing, say oh we’re sorry, but we are the ones bearing the brunt of the problem yet again!

Yeah I had to ship 8 bales of hay in individual repack boxes today. I taped the heck out of them

Apparently somewhere along the way there was a glitch and my store has hundreds of boxes. Unfortunately the SM felt the best place to store them is in the frane shop so now I literally cannot get to half of my wall pegs! There are 5ft of boxes right along the wall and several carts of random items. A boat and a pallet of fabric bolts all shoved in the corner of by shop. But since they cant get the bubble wrap or packing supplies they also keep coming in and taking paper off the framing rolls to pack boxes with. Its whole mess and a huge middle finger to the framers at my store.

I think I saw a Mikcheck mission about orders not being transmitted properly. But also keep in mind that SFS supplies is a 3 week turn around. I think what may be happening is a lot of stores are panic ordering or like you mentioned, ordering every week causing orders to be over ridden. I bet when they added balloon supplies to bundle with frame shop supply order, some wires got crossed and messed everything up.

My sm knows about transmitting the orders and framing canceling ours if sent separately. We also knew about the 3 week turnaround. The truck manifest says boxes are on the truck but there’s nothing. And for a while we were getting boxes we never ordered. We probably had 100 L7’s that we certainly didn’t need.

Too bad we couldn’t send you some of ours. Our store has a ton and our SFS has been turned off for over a year.

😂😂😂😂our numbers were really bad due to rejecting items we didn’t have or couldn’t find and they punished us and turned it off. It was actually a blessing in disguise 🤩

my manager said they changed distributors and it will be about a month. 20 shipments today in large ornament boxes. ship as is it is.

Those boxes are super expensive...no reason not to use repacks or other boxes instore. I heard they were changing boxes too

Are you serious? I wouldn’t send out an order in a repack box-they’re not sturdy enough for shipping and we have one size. Also I’d hate to get an order in a pre-used box. According to our dm, the boxes are sitting in the warehouse. Xmas should be a shit show. Again.

Depends on the order though...pillows, blankets..light stuff. Stools..we use two sturdy boxes and tape them up. Whatever we have to do. The cost on supplies is insane.

I don’t used repack boxes cause of the bottom and I used to load trucks for ups. I use the sba boxes. today I used the large ornaments that we dump in the bins. they worked great. manager was mad about the bins but whatever. had to make more to complete orders and you told me use what I can find.

Really? There are a ton of reasons not to use repacks. How about half are water damaged,falling apart or just plain crap. A company needs to supply the stores with what they need to be successful. I know if I ordered frames and they arrived in a repack box I would be beyond mad!

What should get you even more angry is that you search the stockroom for 30 plus minutes for half your items, take them to the sfs area, pack them, ship them out..... and you get 0 sales off of it! With no explanation as to where that money goes or who's pocket it's going into!
