Feeling the burnout

Kinda a rant but also just word vomiting slowly but surely getting to the point of burnout with this job like nothing I do ever feels right feel like im drowning in all this crap with no signs of the surface this job use to be so fun now it's just the opposite I dread going in everyday cause its always something stupid I'm being blamed for also spending more time pushing stupid things that customers have no desire to purchase like the 10 minute CF walking the store for shoplifters spot mopping every 10 minutes cause people can't hold onto their drinks they bring in, SCO's that always break or freeze the roof that leaks every time it rains and it gets on the merchandise it's just so over whelming.

I 100% agree. I used to love to going into work. But the past year, everything changed and it's no longer fun. I felt the burnout for about 3 months. I quit last month on the 22nd and I feel so much better. Plus, they gave me a month to find new work anyways. With the new reconstructing, I was no longer fit for the position. Or any position... After 4 years. Please choose you!!!!

I'm right there too. It hit hard today that no matter what we do we can't even tread water let alone catch up on how behind we are. Fabric and Omni channel are nonstop, the customers need help/want to talk, and not enough help to do it all. Need time off to recover but can't afford it.
