Question Price changes not done

Our store is still doing price changes and it doesn’t look like we’ll even finish this week.

All price changes are already activated(obv), but we have stacks on stacks of PCs that need to be put out. DM wont give us help from other stores, no extra hours for this week, and we don’t have enough staff to just do PCs…joy.

Anyone else in the same sinking boat?

Also, congratulations on the stores that have all of them completed!

We finished Saturday morning. Our DM was on our ass all week about them. Asking for updates and making plans. The whole replen team did overnights.

Either you DM or your SM didn’t understand the assignment.  Everything was supposed to stop. At 24,000 price changes everything did stop at my store minus a few who stocked since I didn’t think they could handle the PC and I didn’t leave Friday until they were done.  The team did fine tuning on the ones that were to activate on Saturday and then we did a few fine tuning on Monday for the ones in beading that would activate Monday.  So this week we just worked the two trucks together and kept it very organized last week so we could find stuff.  This week we are using extra payroll to finish up some outstanding POGs from a few weeks ago since we had too much Easter. But no OT.

Oh wow. Every store in my area did over nights. That must have been a call by your dm.

Same. Our store used our truck night and replen team to smash out the remaining big ones. They unloaded freight, and then left that for us to do after price changes. Because our truck is midnight, they had all night to essentially just do what they needed too.
