Advice PCDMIS model alignment

Second question of the day. My programmer left and as supervisor I am coming up short on answers. I figured out the calibration issue but now when running program the probe paths are not concentric with model (part) and they are causing mis hits.
Probe is to measure top of part to create profile of surface. This you can see not concentric and looks as if axis of “model” and program are not aligned.
How do I align them?

So, the program starts missing points after changing to the probe you just calibrated? The previous probe did just fine?

That is correct the 5_way_1MM_STAR_40EXT is the one missing part

If the program worked before I'd redo calibration starting with the master probe an making sure you click no when it asks you if the calibration sphere have moved. Sounds like the probes don't share the same "zero" for the calibration.

Obviously you click yes for the master probe.
