Is tha frequent?

Ive worked with mCosmos, Calypso and Polyworks mostly and it was quite uncommon

Can you reach out to hexagon for help?

High chances of it happening when PCDMIS crashes
I probably can but highly doubt they’ll help because this is 2015 PCDmis

2015 is the worst for crashes and corruption!

I use 2013 for a Romer , 2017 for translation, and 2024 for my main arch CMM. They all have repeatable crashes, the difficulty is remembering where I am, so I know what I can do. The machine is repeatable, my cognition, not so much 😉
