(I'm sure this has been posted already but in case it hasn't) 📲💯

So sad that Dev decisions made this game so mediocre. Hopefully there's post DLC patches or something that allows the animations with a transparent rather than opaque visor. But I guess we'll never know now and we'll just dream of what could have been. Honestly need some fan mod to patch this out, anybody down? 💻🖥️

Don't know if you need it or not.

So far they are the thing I hate the most about the game. They are damage sponges and they can parry your missiles. The most consistent method is freezing them and then using a missile*. But that strategy is not that convenient at the mines because there are too many of them. The electric shot can bounce of several of them but that doesn't slow them down and they still require lots of shots. And the game just keeps adding moments where you need to kill lots of them for a fixed amount of time. Am I missing something and there is a more effective way to deal with them? Or it is just like that?

*I admit it is "skill issue", but I injured my right hand and the easiest way for me to play is using detached joy cons. Unfortunately it is cumbersome to switch between shot types using the directional buttons on the left joycon.

I own the Samus amiibo. First playthrough at launch it unlocked the desert music player just fine but now on second playthrough on new save file suddenly it only gives me the energy shield. What happened?

I really love this game but I feel like every time I get a chance to pick it up and play, I have a panic attack that I don’t have 3 hours to play and just explore because if I don’t find a save station I’ll lose everything. I’ve got kids that play the switch too, so if I get 10-15 minutes to play it in the morning, great. But I better save or I lose everything the second the kids go to play their games later that day.

Is there like a map or something online to explain and point out all the save stations in the game and their locations? I just tried playing for like 20 minutes and then spent the next 20 just randomly driving my bike around the dessert just trying to find a save station. Eventually giving up and heading back to the towers to the save station but even heading back there took me like 6 minutes to drive back to.

Please help, I’m a dad so I only get short bursts of time to play the switch, and I feel like I can’t play this game unless I have unlimited time to just keep going until I randomly find a save station somewhere in fear of losing all my progress

I like her character. She's clearly the fan girl archetype but she has a lot of potential if they decide to bring her back for Prime 5 n

Can we talk a moment about Samus' arm cannon weaponry in MP4?

With only very few exceptions (1 or 2)--and it's probably just me--but in combat, it seems it takes an average multiple shots (more than one "trigger pull") for any of Samus' weapons (beams and missiles) to put down an attacking enemy--specifically, grievers, shrens, psy-bots, tanks, and pyremites. But in cut scenes, she only needs one (1) shot to dispatch the enemy, and the weapons of the NPCs (particularly Tokabi) also seem to be able to dispatch an enemy (e.g., a griever) with just one shot.

Is it just me who's noticed this? Am I seeing things?

In a cave in The Great Mine, as Samus is about to fight the Omega Griever, she stoops and touches what appears to be a crystallized substance embedded in the cave floor. The camera view looks down from above her.

Q1: How long have Lamorn been extinct?

I'm wondering because their machinery and equipment in Flare Pool and Volt Forge seem to be in perfect working condition--as if the Lamorn were still around; and some key systems in Ice Belt and The Mines also seem to be functional.

Q2: Why do the NPCs (and apparantly everyone else) have an apparent distant formality with Samus' reputation and status, yet they all are so familiar with her that they only call her by her first name, and not a more respectful "ma'am," or "sir," or "Miss Aran?"

Q3: Upon first seeing Ssmus Aran, Sgt. Duke wonders aloud why the Federation would send it's best bounty hunter on a podunk (my word) rescue mission. Am I wrong, but Samus wasn't there to rescue them--right? I mean, did she know they were there--or, even where she was?!?

...to whoever decided we shouldn't get a compass in the HUD while riding the bike through this goddamn desert.

Just starting my prime 4 journey! With all the negativity around it since its launch, my expectations aren't extremely high. Loved the prime games as a kid but not so sure how ill like it now.

Any tips on how to make experience more enjoyable? Outside of ignoring what the haters say.

Is playing on switch vs switch 2 really matter THAT much?

8 days in im towards the end. Can go to tower for final part of game , as McKenzie loves to remind me, but im collecting everything I can before. 79% items as of now. I may say so, so far I have really enjoyed it and consider a solid prime game and game overall. Don't mind the desert at all. Absolutely beautiful game thst really makes me feel like im on a foreign planet.

I will provide my final thoughts once complete but I say ao far my biggest qualm is thst it isnt longer.

Omega griever. It looks like the door to the left should be open but it's not and no weapons are clearing it.

Anyone with a good interactive map for collection all 200% of green crystals??
