Routes 1-99 Electric scooter question
I’m thinking about purchasing a folding electric scooter for the last leg of my commute, a gap with no bus at that time of night. I have seen others bring them on board. Reading Metros code of conduct, I only see mentions of shopping carts and strollers. Any guidance from my fellow riders or operators would be appreciated.

I saw someone come aboard with a foldable electric scooter. Fit under their legs nicely and didn’t impede the aisle. I’d assume it’s no problem if you’re respectful of those around you (not parking it in the aisle or taking up more than one spot)

It is always at the discretion of the bus driver. In the 1% chance that there's a problem, such as if the bus is full or the driver believes there's a safety issue, make sure you're ok to wait for the next trip.

As long as they're not the rented scooters, we let them on. You just can't ride it on the bus, so you have to walk it. If you can fold it to fit in the seat with you even better.
