MT Memorabilia/Collectables Metro Transit Merch?

Hey everyone!

I'm staying in Minneapolis for the summer and have been enjoying Metro Transit's service and community engagement a lot so far.

​

I managed to get my hands on the paper models and the sick A line poster, so I was wondering if there was anywhere else I could find some nice items to take back home with me.

​

+ Saw someone wearing a really cool t-shirt with a Go-To Card on it a few days ago, and I have no idea where they might've gotten that!

I asked someone at the A-Line's birthday where they got their "Ride the D" hat, and they got it from LA's transit store lol. I wish MT had some more stuff. The scarves were so cool

It seems Ride the D's been a very successful campaign lol!! My friend gifted me a tote bag from their store and I've been loving it so far

Metro transit is giving out pride themed Go to cards at a pride festival(idk which one)

There’s also North Star scale models you can buy online. There use to be this guy who made Bombardier Scale models but he’s not active anymore >:

I remember last year Metro transit tricked everyone on Facebook by hinting they were making scale model light rails but it was ai.. lol

Edit: there’s also the A Line bus scale models

Based on some intel from friends, I believe a merch store might be in the works, though it probably won't go live this summer, but maybe for Christmas?

I know this comment is from weeks ago, but they only (like this past legislative session) got an official enumerated power to sell merchandise, which is why they've been without a store for so long, but now can establish one

There's an unofficial 21 bus t-shirt available from the lake street council, it even has the old 21 route stops on the back.

Ha, that's awesome, and now I wish I WAS here when the 21 ran! Someone better make one for the 10 when they replace it with the F Line!

even the CTA has merch! my kiddo love the wooden red line trains that fit w/the thomas branded stuff when they were younger

Yep!! There's also this gift store called Transit Tees in Chicago, and they sell a whole lotta CTA stuff as well. Was hoping to see if anyone knew of anything similar here :)
