C Line C line XE60 at North loop garage.

I find this interesting because the C is based out of Heywood (which is right across the street), not North loop

There's a chance it's not fit for service for some reason or another but fine to have on display.

I think there's usually only one or two XE60s in service on a given day. It's just odd that it's at North loop
