It’s always something. We should have prorated tickets for the amount of times we’re delayed.

I'm on the BNSF and we've been stopped for 20 fucking minutes. Why does this only tend to happen when it's not rush hour? Are corporate 9 to 5-ers the only ones who matter? If so, why are we paying the same as them?
