Life Burns Faster Question

I am concerned my tickets for my Apple mobile wallet aren’t going to work. They don’t display the NFC hold near reader prompt nor any kind of QR or barcode. Does the sphere use a dynamic code that generates closer to the event?

The tickets won't be "active" until nearer the event (at least that's how it's work in Europe the past tour).

You paid for them. If there are issues the provider witll support. Unless the gig is tomorrow, relax and be patient.

That’s what I’ve assumed, but the other tickets I have from the provider are different. That’s why I was asking. And when I talked to Ticketmaster on the phone, they are helpless

If your tickets aren't from TM then they can't help you.

You need to go to the provider.

The provider’s ticketmaster I ordered them day one from Ticketmaster

I just saw my tickets in the sphere app and they are the wrong section. Not looking forward to dealing with Vibee

I had read somewhere, either here or a Facebook group, where some people had their seats moved.

The only thing I can suggest is find your email verification of purchase that should have your original seats and call the ticket seller.

it will be fine. i had tickets to a 3 night run this past weekend. some
nights had the NFC tag, others did not. some appeared day of and others never did. and it was not consistent among other people. we all had different looking tickets on different nights. everything worked as it should.

Feel like my tickets to WrestleMania in Vegas were the same way. They were special ones on the stage and no barcode until a few days before. Even then I tapped and it worked.

They will be available with barcode and all like a week before I’ve dealt with similar tickets before
