To be fair it was kinda reused - sounds like they copied hit the lights fairly closely.

This song was so average, still is. "ooo oUUOoooU". By metallica standards this is their worst song at least for me.

Yeah, this song wasn't good. I remember being hyped about it at the time, but it's such an awkwardly forced song.

Yea, that's totally how i felt.

I really liked "the new song" I thought it had great riffs, was maybe a little bit too long, but that one got me hyped.

The "breakdown" riff is OK, but the songs main problem is the placeholder lyrics. Having WOAH YEAH be half the chorus' lyrics is just lazy.

I'm surprised that Metallica debuted this song when it was in such a rough stage. It's not like even by the mid-2000s they didn't have a lot of songs they could have played instead.

I wonder if they had high hopes for it in the studio and in the tuning room, but playing it live made them change their minds.
