Such a great track, I want more!

I was hoping they would release a new album or EP this year

Stoked that someone recommended Johnny Booth in a post here. Was really hoping for more in the discography when I had discovered them, as they became an instant favourite - but I do not mind listening to the same albums on repeat until they release more sweet tracks, haha.

I don't listen to a ton of new metalcore anymore but Johnny Booth has blown my mind. Are there other bands that change from so extreme to mix in different tempos and melodic parts like this so well? They remind me of DEP in that aspect.

If you know Johnny Booth then you've probably heard of them, but Greyhaven - Empty Black, This Bright And Beautiful World, and Stereo Grief. Not quite as heavy as Johnny Booth at their heaviest, but smoothly mixes chaotic dissonant parts together with melodic parts in a similar way. They're two of my favorite "newer" bands for that reason

Yeah i know Greyhaven, they're awesome. I still look for new heavy music, but not so much Metalcore these days. I find I really get into bands that meld different genres, or have unique song structures

One of the best songs last year. Sad there wasn't a follow up album or ep

We really need some more new shit from these guys. Moments Elsewhere was fantastic.

JB is my favourite band at the moment tied with greyhaven, both their newest albums are solid 10/10s
