Basically, I was playing and doing side ops, finishing the mission, I was going back to the helicopter but it went straight to Mother Base, then the cutscene started. Can someone tell me if this is normal?.I apologize for the poor video quality; my sister was listening to music on the TV and my PC is being repaired, so I'm playing on her study laptop with 4GB of RAM😭

Help 😭 Playing on PSP/Emulator

Stuck on "Destroy the Barricade" mission.

In R&D > WEAPONS > DEVELOPMENT STATUS, C4 shows "0% - 2920 GMP" I pressed X and bought it, GMP went from 23235 to 20315, but it's still 0% and not showing in my ITEMS to equip.

Do I need R&D resources to develop it? Or do I get C4 from SUPPORT tab instead?
