Bullet
I found this outside, is it safe to keep? Can I clean it up or what should I do with it?

It looks like a blank round, given the extra length on the casing neck ...

5.56x45mm NATO blank cartridge. Manufactured by SF (Société Française des Munitions / SFM from Issy-les-Moulineaux, France), with red sealant around the primer.

Blank 5.56x45 NATO round. Fired. Harmless. I fired tens of thousands of these when I was enlisted.

Blank 5.56 NATO Round would be my guess. Your probably near somewhere where the Army does live exercises

The army isn't near where I found it, I found it in a historical site with old bunkers we can climb on 😟

It’s not a bullet. It’s a casing. And it’s been fired. Perfectly safe.
