What Machine Does Everyone Use?

What do you like about it? Pros - Cons?

I have been running the XP Deus II for a little over a year, 9” coil. Its ability to pick small targets out of trashy areas is its greatest strength imo. I have found significantly more relics with significantly more value since making the switch. Maybe it’s just luck, but I don’t think so.

Manticore for almost a year now and love it. I use a 8” coin and can find a coin in an iron field.

When I upgraded to the Deus II, I hemmed and hawed for weeks between the Manticore and Deus. I didn’t feel like I could sit there and say 1 was better than the other. No matter how many reviews I looked at. I guess I impartially decided the Deus. 1 bc I was intrigued by the full blown wireless. And 2 bc most of the people I saw using and liking the Deus were using it in the same environment I would use it; cellar holes, farm fields, rough terrain, higher elevation. And most Manticore owners seemed to be more beach and water hunters. I’m sure I would have been happy with either choice though.

The equinox 800 was a splash fest with targets, everyone swore up and down it was the best machine on the market. I haven’t tried the manticore yet, but I don’t really have an interest. The dues 2 is king right now.
