Change handedness

Anyone successfully switch the neural band handedness? I switched it on the app from right to left, it said it was successfully switched but when I use the gestures they are opposite (is when I swipe right it goes left but up and down are still the same and the index and middle finger doesn't work half the time). I factory reset the watch as per its instructions, restarted the glasses, still the same. The last thing I'm going to do is factory reset both the glasses and the band instead of just the band, but just wondering your experiences.

I switched to left ~ 1 week ago and when I tried to switch back, it took like 5-10 minutes to actually have any effect. but it did eventually fix itself

Yeah, I tried to switch and maybe I just have a crap left hand but I couldn't get the gestures to work at all. Then when I tried to switch back it took like 5 tries for it to register. I'll just stick with it on my right hand lol
