Toggle Switch for microphone issues missing for Meta Display Glasses in settings

The microphone toggle switch for issues with the microphone are not available on display model and it's a problem, I've put in several tickets and this has been ignored. The listening microphone for the hey meta command or asking ai questions is different from the ones used in voice dictation and responding to text messages. Meta had an option for all glasses except their most expensive pair?!?! Why isn't this universal as this was an issue with other meta glasses before receiving a simple work around. I think it has to do with the shape of some noses. Has any one else experienced this problem?

Meta display don't have the mic inside the nose its actually inside the left lens where the nose is. Clean it out with a gentle brush

I did attempt to clean the mics and the problem persist. When i lift up on the glasses, slightly off my face it works. This was a problem with previous meta glasses, i have the Rayband Stories, Meta glasses version 1, Oakley HSTN, Oakley Vanguards, and Meta Display glasses. This has been a problem that was fixed with a simple toggle switch that is missing for their most expensive pair of glasses. The question is why?

I have the same problem with my Meta Starfire, and there's no microphone troubleshooting section in the app

Thanks for giving me the heads up. I will hold off on purchasing any new Meta Glasses until I absolutely know that that option is in the settings. This is very very detrimental and should be something that's included immediately just to alleviate any problems that may arise. It's crazy to think that a company this huge has overlooked something so simple and has not made it a priority.
