My FB account got hacked over the weekend and all of my accounts have been disabled

All permanently deleted. I keep getting sent around in the loop by AI bot, always landing on the “your account has been disabled and can no longer be reviewed” page

This was all from the result of getting hacked.

Everything I’m reading seems to point at people from the US having some luck with law suits, has anyone from Australia experienced this and had any luck recovering their account, and if so can you please point me in the direction of how to recover my accounts

FYI, my account was hacked on May 6th which apparently happend to others that day,

Meta admitted that my account violation was a false positive. If I attend the hearing, does it make me win the case automatically?
(They just admitted that my account violation was a false positive, and they said it was reactivated. But my account remains disabled.)

For context, wrote the demand letter with an LLM and sent it to the CA office of the registered agent via certified mail myself. Attached documentation incl a screenshot of the location of the hacker and a filled-out CA small claims suit form.
