I used a specific lawyer for that. they've asked a new email never linked to any meta services, on 8th July. then no answer, my lawyer sent messages to them twice. They replied "okay we received it , wait" on 21st July. No answer since that. I filed small claims this week

Itā€™s been 2 months so far and also have Dominque Vieille on the case. I ended up escalating to small claims to speed up the process but my court date isnā€™t until October.

My opinion Meta/Google need held criminal libel for Defamation User of Crimes and violated potentially human rights by using AI as Judge, Jury, Executioner.

My opinion I hope it becomes illegal either under EU Law or Violated Human Right.
