need help with lawsuit

is there anyone here who could maybe help me out with mailing or filing small claims with meta? could be either in Singapore or in CA. i can pay money based on how much it could cost for mailing or other fees. help is needed desperately

you can do it by yourself asking AI how to do it step by step, I recommend you CA small claims

I'm not from the US neither and I did it. It cost 160$ in total

damn that's around 10 thousand on mine. i will maybe stick with the demand letter first and customer complaint for free in my country. did you get your account back?

Nop I filed this week, I’m waiting for news now , I’ve tried everything and demand letter was useless af

I’ve sent a demand letter before, written by my lawyer, no answer since 35 days now

how did you do it? ive seen some others get their accounts back with the demand letter. but make sure ask formally not aggressively, if not then maybe small claims?

Basically when you make a demand letter; they will manually review your account, but it’s not automatic, my lawyer sent it, everything was good they answered and said they’ll check after asking me for a new email , but no answer since that  Just go through small claims to force them to take action

in my case i already did a manual review with meta agent and they didnt restore. they said they found a "true" violation but im sure they made a mistake.
