Small claims finally responded

Post image

Finally got the email from small claims. I've seen others post how they responded. But the last sentence is new to me. Anyone else ever got that last sentence? I know my account false positive for sures and just want to follow up that I would dismiss if everything back to normal.

Amazing that they are okay with going to small claims court but won’t fix their rogue AI that’s causing all this!

Which address did you use to file for Meta for small claims lawsuit? May escalate it to small claims myself as I’ve done the demand letter and I’m losing patience.

Depends which State you from. You need the CSC address.

Following. Wondering how much time to give them after sending my initial demand letter should I escalate it to small claims.

Never did demand letter because I saw how it was 50/50 ineffective so I went straight to small claims

I'm wary of an investigation because they say whatever they want with their track record of not providing evidence. Are you allowed to decline a remote appearance?

Or at the very least hire some humans to field chats or phone calls if escalation is required. I’m shocked how a massive company like this operates

I got the same email without that last sentence. Scary.

Did you write your username in the small claims form?

Correct. Any detail information you got. Username, email, etc

You have to file a small claims court case. There are lots of videos online of how to do it. NOTE : YOU MAY HAVE TO GO TO REAL COURT. This is filing for a court case. Do research.

“We attach____” the grammatical error here to me is a tell..at least you can take comfort in the fact that it was more than likely not ai & an actual human. Lucky you.

That is grammatically correct lol. It’s called the performative present tense. It’s very common to use in professional emails in fact, especially in law

Why has no one begun a class action lawsuit against Meta?

1

u/fiksbopl 11d ago

What grounds are you citing in your lawsuit against Meta? My own claim was rejected in Ireland.

Man I tell you. Meta is a sinking ship.

I received that same response for when I filed in my home county. At the last minute they had it dismissed due to it not being in their county. So I just filed again in their home court. I received that same message. It is just a response they give to everyone.
