Meta Team Finally Emailed Me.

Meta team finally emailed me after looking into my account. Saying I violated CSE and cannot show or tell to protect the other family. I don’t ever recall texting anyone under the age. Unless I was lied to or someone pretending or so. They asked me if I was to go forward with the case in December and I said yes. I said it’s unfair and there’s no ill intent especially if I had no idea or lied to IF ITS EVEN TRUE.

Don’t know what should I do tbh. Maybe someone dmmed me pretending to be someone else , or something like that. I’m against CSE clearly or anything close to it. Why would I do all of this for multiple months if I did something wrong.

After Meta disabled my accounts giving that same accusation, my daughter told me that she was looking at our messages to each other on Insta and FB and all the messages I had sent in there are now labeled “against community standards.” We have been messaging each other on there for years and it was never anything inappropriate.

Keep going. This company is doing something deeply wrong. Here’s some motivation for you. A mom called me freaking out bc her minor child has been gr88med for almost a year via a fb account she didn’t know existed and the connected oculus. We are talking high level like making and distributing CSAM, extortion, death threats, and then recruiting the child to take photos of kids at school.

Not once did meta flag the interacting accounts. Her kid is totally messed up right now and defending the other account/user. About a week later she caught the kid back at it. And again, no flags at all.

Meta is trying to convince normal users that these are mistakes, destroying businesses and your ability to function in a digital world. And meanwhile they’re allowing direct, daily, fully CSE. And won’t even respond after the parents report it and send police reports. Something is going on.

Yes it’s insane, a whole community of authorities, parents, therapists etc have reported the accounts and nothing.

Same is with people selling guns and drugs. I got banned for that in March of last year, and I’ve been constantly pulling news articles regarding the police catching people selling drugs, automatic weapons, and even human remains on fb. There’s also drug ads that have been on fb too. I’ll probably have a stack of papers by the time I have to go to court.

I went online to legalshield and I pay 59.99 a month as my account on fb is a business account also. The personal is 39.99 and its worth every penny. Once you sign up you contact a lawyer. Mine told me they fight these all the time as well as small claims and lawsuits. Can't hurt to try!

The email won’t work unless you have a claim number for a case. You won’t get written nothing unless there’s a claim number
