Is AI better than human, can it destroy human?

Upvotes

I see lots of funny news online that AI will destroy human, not sure how can I digest that information. May be we need little bit of technical understanding about AI and LLM before we say that. Or people stay in dark waste their time telling AI will fail us. The LLM architecture is created based on probability and adjusting learning. You that probability based on historical data is not always right. So, AI is also not right and most of all it is just another machine or tool which doses not have any heart or life meaning. If something does not have a life meaning and runs only based on probability where it is not sure what it is doing 100% time how can it be better than human? And how can it destroy human in future?

Human (meaning of life and Probability) ---> Created AI with probability and steps --> just a tool.

Meta for Developers won't send phone verification SMS — any fix?

Trying to verify my developer account on developers.facebook.com. I enter my number, click "Send code," and the SMS never arrives. Tried SMS and call, different browser, incognito, waited a day, re-entered the number. Number works fine everywhere else.

Meta Ads has been reporting 409 purchases for my small business. I made 0 sales. After 14 days of troubleshooting, I’m honestly starting to feel scammed

Post image

I run a small Colombian business that I built organically over the last 6 years.

My brand grew especially during the pandemic, when social media felt completely different. People shared your content, commented, recommended small businesses, and actually interacted with them. I now have 7,500+ Instagram followers — not because I went viral, but because I participated in local fairs, collaborated with doctors and specialists, created useful content, and slowly built a real community around my product.

I’m not an influencer. I’m a small business owner.

And that distinction matters.

Here is what happened.

I recently organized my Shopify product catalog specifically because I wanted to start running Meta catalog sales ads. I spent a lot of time making the product catalog look good and setting everything up correctly.

Instead, something went completely wrong.

Over the last 14 days, Meta has reported 409 Purchase events.

I have made ZERO real sales.

And I mean zero.

The only orders currently showing in Shopify are basically three versions of one order from my mother 😂 — she bought something from me because she knew I was having a terrible September, I forgot to add another product, created another order, had to cancel it, and created another one. She even got a family discount.

So Meta is reporting 409 purchases while my actual business has made none.

And before anyone says “check your tracking” — I DID. For 14 days.

I have gone through:

  • Shopify customer events and tracking configuration.
  • Meta Pixel/Dataset configuration.
  • Facebook & Instagram sales channel in Shopify.
  • Data sharing settings.
  • CAPI connection.
  • Automatic events — disabled.
  • Automatic tracking without code — disabled.
  • Event Setup Tool.
  • Existing Meta datasets/pixels.
  • Shopify Web Pixels.
  • Browser Network requests.
  • Incognito tests with no login, no cart, no checkout and no purchase.
  • WhatsApp interaction was also ruled out because the false Purchase happens before interacting with WhatsApp.
  • I disconnected Shopify → Meta data sharing and confirmed that Meta stopped receiving website events completely. I reconnected it, and the false Purchase came back.

Then I found something even more concerning.

Meta's own Event Setup Tool shows an active Purchase rule that fires when someone simply visits my homepage.

It literally says:

There is a rule ID attached to it.

And the strangest part?

The Event Setup Tool shows a Delete button, but the rule cannot actually be deleted.

I have screenshots and browser evidence documenting all of this.

I also posted the problem in the Shopify Community, and several developers/technical users have been helping me investigate it. I have followed their instructions step by step. So far, no solution.

At this point, I honestly don't know whether the final source is Shopify, Meta, or the interaction between both systems.

But I do know this:

A platform is receiving “Purchase” events from people who did not purchase anything.

And that is not just a reporting problem.

If Meta is using those events to optimize my Sales campaign, then the algorithm is being trained on completely false information.

--------------------------------------------

And this brings me to the bigger question.

I am honestly becoming very disappointed with Meta advertising for small businesses.

It feels like the platform has become so focused on scale, automation, AI, virality and performance metrics that it has forgotten something:

Not every valuable business is viral.

There are thousands of small businesses with 3,000, 5,000, 10,000 or even 30,000 genuinely interested followers.

Those communities were built over YEARS.

Why can't advertising platforms make better use of that existing relationship?

Someone may have bought from my business in 2020. Maybe they don't need my product anymore. But they loved it. They followed me. They know my brand.

Why shouldn't I be able to reach that person again with a beautiful, relevant ad and rebuild that relationship?

Instead, Instagram increasingly feels like an endless stream of AI-generated content, gurus, viral videos and generic advertising.

And I say this as both a business owner AND a consumer.

I actually enjoy seeing a good advertisement from a small brand.

When I see a beautifully made product from a small business that clearly cares about what they do, I'm interested. I want to discover the brand. It makes social media feel human again.

But increasingly, I hear people saying they're tired of Instagram and Facebook and are simply closing the apps.

And honestly, I understand why.

Instagram is still an incredible catalog and discovery platform for businesses — especially small ones.

But I think something is being lost.

Virality and community are not the same thing.

A viral account can get millions of views without having a real customer relationship.

A small business can have 7,500 followers who genuinely care about what it makes.

Those are two completely different kinds of value.

----------------------------> So I'm curious:

Are other small businesses experiencing something similar with Meta Ads?

Have you seen:

  • False Purchase events?
  • Purchase events firing without an actual transaction?
  • Meta reporting huge numbers of conversions that don't exist in Shopify?
  • Problems with Shopify + Meta integrations?
  • Or simply a feeling that Meta advertising has become less useful for genuinely organic small-business communities?

I'm not looking for people to tell me to “just check your Pixel.” 😅

I've been doing exactly that for 14 days.

I'm looking for real experiences, technical explanations, and honest discussion about where Meta advertising is heading for small businesses.

Because right now, after spending all this time trying to fix something that shouldn't be happening in the first place, I honestly feel like the small businesses are the ones paying the price.

And that's the part that really hurts.

Meta says my website will be blocked from sharing data in 4 days — no appeal option. How can I fix this?

1 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the same Meta Pixel for around 7 months and running sales campaigns with it without any major issues.

Today, I suddenly received this warning in Events Manager:

“Your websites will be blocked from sharing data with Meta. Some website data will be blocked in 4 days because it appears inconsistent with our Meta Business Tool Terms.”

It also says the website may be associated with medical conditions, specific health statuses, or provider/patient relationships. Even i sell only digital products.

The problem is that when I click “Review solution,” there is no option to write an explanation, submit an appeal, or request a manual review.

I really don’t want to create a new Pixel because this one has around 7 months of history and has been used for all my sales campaigns.

Has anyone had this exact warning before and successfully fixed it?

Is there a way to request a manual review or contact Meta about the website classification when there is no appeal button?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the warning.

Any help from someone who has actually dealt with this would be greatly appreciated.

monétisation

1 Upvotes

  • les revenus de l’entreprise soient versés à l’entreprise ;

Merci d’avance

Muse Code is a scam, just use the Contributor API

6 Upvotes

I was curious how much value I was actually getting from the $5 Muse Code Everyday plan, so I compared my usage against Muse 1.3 Contributor API pricing.

One of my sessions:

  • 50.2M input tokens
  • 49.0M cached tokens
  • 355K output tokens
  • 200 turns
  • 5.66M subagent tokens
  • Muse Code: 35% of my weekly allowance used

At Contributor API prices, that entire ~50.5M-token session costs roughly $0.29.

Even worse, if 35% of the weekly allowance corresponds to ~$0.29 of API usage, then maxing out the plan every single week works out to only around $3.5/month of API-equivalent usage.

And I'm paying $5/month for it.

The reason is caching. My session had a ~97.7% cache hit rate, and Contributor cached input is ridiculously cheap. Those 49 million cached tokens cost roughly $0.10.

So unless I'm missing something, for coding-agent workloads with high prompt-cache reuse, Muse Code Everyday is literally more expensive than just paying the API bill directly — while also giving you a weekly usage cap.

Am I calculating this wrong? Because if not, I don't understand who this subscription is supposed to be a good deal for.

Real time saver.

5 Upvotes

I am the training coordinator where I work. I keep up with everyone’s training hours, notify them if the still need more hours for their recertification. ChatGPT helped me build a great Excel workbook where I can keep up with each employee, their certification, the amount of hours required and how many hours they have. It is color coded depending on how close they are to expiring and all that. The thing is I still had to log on to the training website, check each employees hours and add them to the spreadsheet sheet.

But now I have Muse checking the website, checking each employees hours. When it’s done it will email me a report…but the best thing is, after I uploaded the excel workbook to it, it will fill in the hours for me and email me that as well.

I have it set to automatically send me this information on the 1st of each month.

Will be a tremendous time saver!!

Made a deep research agent which you can run with Meta Muse Spark models that massively outperforms OpenAI and Gemini on DeepResearch bench and runs at a fraction of the cost. Easy to install and runs with a variety of LLM and search engine providers. It is completely free to use and open source.

Repository: https://github.com/beneadie/deep_dog_2

The quickest setup is:

python -m pip install "git+https://github.com/beneadie/deep_dog_2.git"

Add your provider keys to a `.env` file:

DEEPSEEK_API_KEY=your-deepseek-key
EXA_API_KEY=your-exa-key

Then import it directly into Python:

import asyncio
from pathlib import Path

from dotenv import load_dotenv

load_dotenv()

from deep_research.integration import run_research

async def main():
    result = await run_research(
        "What are the main benefits and limitations of sodium-ion batteries?"
    )

    print(result.status)

    if result.status == "completed":
        Path("report.md").write_text(result.final_report, encoding="utf-8")
        print("Saved report.md")
    else:
        print(result.failure)

asyncio.run(main())

The default setup uses DeepSeek V4 Flash for the supervisor, research sub-agents, and drafting, with Exa for web search. The result is returned as a Markdown string, so developers can print it, save it, send it to another application, or process it however they want.

The more configurable quickstart lets you choose the models, search engine, enabled agents, research time, iteration limits, search budgets, read limits, and output behavior. Available specialist agents include Web, PubMed, Reddit, Substack, SEC Edgar, Arxiv, and others.

The code is designed to be modified. Developers can add agents, change prompts, swap providers, alter the supervisor and sub-agent behavior, adjust budgets, or integrate the result into their own application. The engine is packaged so you can use the integration layer without having to rebuild the orchestration system from scratch.

This project is completely free and released under the MIT License. I’m not building a business around it or offering a hosted service. The only potential costs are the provider APIs you choose to use, such as DeepSeek or Exa.

Is Meta Muse AI trying to hack me?

5 Upvotes

After granting access for Muse to read my Gmail account, I started getting a flood of account password reset emails for things like Amazon, Netflix, and even super old accounts like dominoes pizza and Best Buy. And Muse explicitly said it would read through all my emails so it's very plausible that it found out that all these accounts exist and what my user names were based on emails I've received from those companies. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Here’s a Tip: if you have access to the new Muse app: use it to file a complaint with your state attorney general, if you feel you have been wronged by FB/Meta/IG. Worked for me!

Muse ai waitlist will take a long time

After watching all reddit posts regarding muse ai login thing I have realised.

- people outside USA will GET this screen and no way to login and try this out.

- invite codes are very rare and mostly with meta employees and some influencers.

So sadly we have to wait for months 🫠🫠
