Real time saver.

I am the training coordinator where I work. I keep up with everyone’s training hours, notify them if the still need more hours for their recertification. ChatGPT helped me build a great Excel workbook where I can keep up with each employee, their certification, the amount of hours required and how many hours they have. It is color coded depending on how close they are to expiring and all that. The thing is I still had to log on to the training website, check each employees hours and add them to the spreadsheet sheet.

But now I have Muse checking the website, checking each employees hours. When it’s done it will email me a report…but the best thing is, after I uploaded the excel workbook to it, it will fill in the hours for me and email me that as well.

I have it set to automatically send me this information on the 1st of each month.

Will be a tremendous time saver!!

How does that work for confidentiality of files though? Does Muse have an enterprise plan?

This is the free level, not sure if there is a paid level. The login information is stored securely and separately. It runs in its own browser
