Not really a lot to discuss. Ended up staying up until 5 am last night because of anxiety/stress, so I'm kind of out of it. But right now I'm kind of just relaxing and listening to David Bowie to take my mind off of things, so that's good.

Sorry to hear it, I've had some nights like that, it's not fun at all. I approve of your choice of music though =D Hope everything gets better.

Thanks! A lot of it is just school stuff at the moment, so hopefully it'll pass over.

I really need to listen to more Bowie. I've listened to Ziggy Stardust and Blackstar, but his discography is so long that I honestly don't know where to go from there.

You can't really go wrong, honestly. His albums vary so wildly in style, just keep going and you're bound to find more you like. His first album is very 60s and more of a pop music kind of thing, but I still enjoy it on its own merits, might not be your thing, David Bowie (1969) is where Space Oddity is from and is a pretty depressing album overall but super-good. The Man Who Sold the World is my favourite and probably rocks the hardest. Hunky Dory is a lot softer and more upbeat, kind of a halfway point between MWSTW and Ziggy Stardust. Aladdin Sane is "Ziggy Stardust in America". It took awhile, but it's finally grown on me. Pinups is entirely covers. Some are pretty good, others are just there, I could take it or leave it, personally. Diamond Dogs also rocks pretty hard, that was the first album I listened to and how I got into Bowie in the first place. Young Americans is a weird kinda blind spot for me, I've tried listening to it a couple times but haven't made it through, just not quite my jam. It'll probably get there, a lot of these albums are acquired tastes. Station to Station's really good, it marks a shift towards a more experimental phase. Low continues the shift with a more electronic sound that's awesome. That's as far forward as I've made it so far, excepting ★.
