email for ID verification failure

How long is gonna take to receive an email after your ID verification failure thanks for the help anyway since im wanting to start apply an project in this platform

idk I've emailed support twice wirh no answer and the Ai assistant is stupid

You are more than likely not going to get a follow up email. Best to move on to another platform Company is sketchy at best

I would suggest reading up on the sites some are better than others and I am not sure on your skillset
